Churches Together - Christmas Leaflet Distribution

We've just taken delivery of a large box of Churches Together Christmas Cards with the request that we distribute them to every home on the "Rivers Estate" (see map).

I've divided the streets into seven routes and now need volunteers for each chunk.

Think of it as an opportunity to get some exercise!

Each route might be done by an individual or family group.

To volunteer please email me on cranhambaptistchurch@gmail.com . 

• If you've got a preference then ask for a route number (1 to 7) - but this is on a first come-first-served basis.

• When volunteering please confirm the address that you'd like me to drop-off the bundle of cards.

• I'll then deliver the bundle of cards, a paper copy of the map clearly showing the route - highlighting the route you've been allocated.

• If you have too few cards to complete the chunk...then email me with where you've got up to...and I'll then finish it off.

• If you end up with spares...then email me with the approximate number left over and pop them through the church letter box (at the side of the church). I'll then pick them up and potentially use them elsewhere.
